Since its creation in 2019, the group Later. has formed a deep friendship and forged a strong musical identity. With multiple influences, they navigate effortlessly and spontaneously between the past and the present, blending '70s soul and rock, French touch, and today’s independent pop.
Signed to Cookie Records from the start, their first three records — two EPs and one album — have gained widespread acclaim, captivating both critics and audiences. Their track "Highway 10" had a fate as unexpected as it was poetic when it was played in space by French astronaut Thomas Pesquet: a symbolic moment for the band, whose musical journey began in the intimacy of a bedroom. With songs featured in Netflix series soundtracks like Emily in Paris and Never Have I Ever, their debut album, Walking on the Line (2023), opened the doors to many European venues, where they mesmerized audiences with their captivating energy, notably during their performance at the iconic Parisian venue La Cigale in February 2024.
Their second album, Golden Bay — with two singles ("Cold Touch" and "Baby, Come Over Tonight") already available — is scheduled for November 2024.
